I won a trip to Las Vegas or a cash alternative and chose to book the holiday!! I can’t believe I actually won the competition and me and my Partner watched the live draw in disbelief! However, the team contacted us immediately and the customer service has been amazing ever since!
We couldn’t actually make the dates stated for the trip and the team has been incredible in finding alternatives dates for us, as we did want to book the trip where possible! We have now had our booking confirmation through and cannot wait for the holiday!
When I first saw the competition I was definitely dubious and never thought I would win however, I couldn’t recommend entering the competition enough!
