I just won my second competition and it was a holiday to Crete! I actually took the 2.5k cash instead, I won last night, they emailed straight away and the cash is in my account already this morning! I was lucky enough to win the Polar Ice Bath. I had the option to choose between the ice bath or the cash alternative, and I went with the cash. They sent it right away with no delays! We won the 4 night 5* trip to Dubai and the very next morning was asked for passport details and first choice on the dates provided, and everything executed within the day and confirmations sent! Superb comms and effort! So much so we entered the following week for the 2 night Spa break and got lucky again… once again communication was faultless! Now aiming for 3 wins on the bounce… fingers crossed!! Brilliant set up.

I won a trip to Las Vegas or a cash alternative and chose to book the holiday!! I can’t believe I actually won the competition and me and my Partner watched the live draw in disbelief! However, the team contacted us immediately and the customer service has been amazing ever since!
We couldn’t actually make the dates stated for the trip and the team has been incredible in finding alternatives dates for us, as we did want to book the trip where possible! We have now had our booking confirmation through and cannot wait for the holiday!
When I first saw the competition I was definitely dubious and never thought I would win however, I couldn’t recommend entering the competition enough!
